Eric Martin always had a dream “to have a place where people could come and enjoy a delicious meal like it was made at grandmama’s house.” Around the age of eight, Erik's mother would allow him to cook in her kitchen unsupervised. From that point forward he had a fervent desire to cook. Years later, he mastered the art of soul food cooking, back wood barbecuing, sandwich making, soups, and salads. Because of his early discovery,  Chef Erik has become well known not only in his area but surrounding counties for his culinary style. Chef Erik is not only an exceptional cook, but he has great customer service and gives you service with a smile and friendly conversation. He makes every dining experience personal.
